The Gide Loyrette Nouel and Norton Rose Fulbright law firms have extended their leases at the Metropolitan Warszawa complex on Pilsudski Square in Warsaw.
According to Ebru Capital, which manages the Metropolitan Warszawa, the two international law firmshave leased a total of over 3,000 square meters of modern office space in the complex.

Gide Loyrette Nouel has been based in the Metropolitan Warszawa building since 2006. Under its seven-year lease extension, the firm will continue to lease of office space located on the top (sixth) floor of Building 1, with views of Pilsudski Square, Raffles Europejski, and the President’s Palace.

Norton Rose Fulbright is located on the top floor of Building 2, with exceptional views of the Saxon Garden, the National Theater and Opera, and a skyline of Warsaw’s skyscrapers.
