Panattoni has announced strategic personnel appointments in its Capital Markets Poland division, where Damian Stezycki, Joanna Karwowska, and Michal Stanislawski will assume new roles.
Damian Stezycki has been appointed Managing Director for Capital Markets Poland, where he will oversee the strategic management of Panattoni’s Capital Markets operations in Poland, including both financing and capital markets. According to Stezycki, “the strategic changes within the Capital Markets Poland division will enable us to better address the evolving demands of both the market and investors. Our aim is to keep driving Panattoni’s continuing growth in Poland, while upholding the high standards we maintain in working with our capital partners. I am confident that our new team structure will further reinforce our leadership position.”
According to Panattoni, Stezycki, who has been with the company since 2008, has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, “which has enabled him to establish strong relationships with many of the company’s key investment partners including large pan-European platforms.” He holds an Executive MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
Michal Stanislawski, formerly the Head of Asset Dispositions Poland, has been appointed Co-Head of Capital Markets Poland. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has conducted approximately 50 transactions at Panattoni, worth approximately EUR 2 billion. In his new role, Panattoni reports, “Stanislawski will serve as the primary contact for investors interested in partnering with Panattoni and will continue to lead all sales of completed assets in Poland. His key priorities will include nurturing relationships with investors and collaborating with the company’s international divisions on capital markets field.” He holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the Warsaw School of Economics and has completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Valuation at the University of Reading.
According to Stanislawski, “the real estate market is entering into its next cycle’s phase, with financing costs on the decline. This shift is fueling investors’ interest, particularly in the Polish industrial sector. Panattoni’s cutting-edge, strategically located and ESG-aligned assets represent highly attractive opportunities for international capital.”
Finally, Joanna Karwowska, the former Director of Capital Markets Poland, has now become Co-Head of Capital Markets Poland. According to Panattoni, Karwowska, who has been with the company since 2017 and has over 20 years of experience in real estate, “brings deep expertise in joint ventures, forward funding, and sales transactions, [and] has played a pivotal role in executing complex investment structures, including some of the largest projects in Panattoni’s portfolio.” She holds law degrees from the University of Warwick and Saarland University.
