The Polish branch of global medical device manufacturer Meril has become a tenant at Warsaw’s Oxygen Park office complex, leasing almost 300 square meters of modern office space on the ground floor of Building B. Meril moved into its new offices in July.
Founded in 2006, Meril is an India-based global manufacturer of medical devices for fields such as cardiovascular diseases, orthopaedics, and endosurgery. The company has been present on the Polish market since 2012, and its Polish subsidiary, Meril Poland, has been in operation since 2023.
“We are very happy to cooperate with Meril Poland,” said Ewa Dragunajtys, Senior Leasing Manager at Golden Star Estate, which owns and manages Oxygen Park. “Welcoming to Oxygen Park such an innovative global brand, whose products improve the quality of human life, makes our team proud. Signing of the lease demonstrates the quality and amenities offered by Oxygen Park, which users of our office complex enjoy on daily basis. I truly hope that employees, guests and business partners of Meril will feel at home at Oxygen Park.”
Oxygen Park is a modern office complex located in Warsaw’s business district. The complex consists of two six-story buildings with a total leasable area of over 18,000 square meters. According to Golden Star, “the fully glazed façade guarantees maximum access to daylight, and tilt windows enable ventilation of the rooms. The layout of each floor permits the introduction of flexible office solutions tailored to the needs of even the most demanding tenants. The environment-friendly solutions applied in the complex have been confirmed with a BREEAM certificate at the ‘Very Good’ level. In addition to top-quality office space, Oxygen Park’s tenants also have at their disposal a green patio with a relaxation zone, a canteen, and retail and service outlets. The project also features 162 parking spaces in the underground garage, bicycle racks, and locker rooms with showers.”
In addition to Meril Poland, the tenants at Oxygen Park include such companies as Adara, Agfa, DiaSorin, Eco3, Eurotronic, LSI Software, Parker Hannifin, Phinia, Toshiba, Sodexo, and Nowy Styl.
