On September 14, 2021, Savills announced it had secured two new leases as well as a lease extension in Warsaw office building Zaulek Piekna.
According to Savills, the new tenants are Australian developer 6B47 and Trend Energy Solutions. The former has an investment volume of more than EUR 1.5 billion and will occupy 120 square meters. The later is specialized in optimizing fuel procurement costs, sale of electricity and gas to end users, and CHP projects and will ocupy 435 square meters. In addition, Mazars has renewed its lease for 2,055 square meters.
Zaulek Piekna is a nine-floor building with more than 8,000 square meters of leasable class A office space. Savills is the exclusive leasing agent for office space in the building.
“Zaulek Piekna perfectly blends in with the architecture of tenement houses in the city centre and provides the highest quality office space, a rarity in this prestigious micro-location,” commented Savills Associate Lidia Malec. “We are delighted that one of key tenants has decided to stay on in the building for longer and that the property continues to attract more companies.”
