On October 4, 2021, Crosspoint Real Estate announced that it had appointed Bogdan Gubandru as Head of Investment for its Romanian office.
According to the company, Gubandru has over ten years of experience in the real estate market and has contributed with his expertise in landmark transactions of the industry, such as the sale of America House from AEW Europe to Morgan Stanley or the sale of Floreasca Park from GLL Europe to the JV formed by the investment funds Zeus and Resolution (Fosun).
“My career in real estate has been a progressive one and I have learned a lot from every stage, starting with leasing in Logistics & Industrial or Office departments and reaching to Investment & Agency Director,” said Head of Investment at Crosspoint Real Estate Bogdan Gubandru. “Thus, I am very happy to join the Crosspoint investment team, in order to continue my work as I have important objectives in the next period.”
Crosspoint Real Estate Managing Partner Codrin Matei added that “After a long recruitment process, I needed a strong asset for this role and I am delighted that Bogdan is the one who will take over this department.
