On July 15, 2021, Genesis Property has announced it extended its lease agreement for offices in the West Gate Business District with the American clinical trials company PPD for another five years.
According to Genesis Property, this is the third consecutive extension of PPD’s lease, with the company being one of the oldest occupants of the office park, having been there since 2008.
“PPD is the second tenant that has decided to extend their stay in our offices,” commented Genesis Property President Liviu Tudor. “It is a sign of the trust that our partners place in our long-term relationship as well as in their long-term plans.”
