The C.S.Cargo logistics company is expanding its operations by establishing new industrial premises at CTPark Kadan, in the Czech Republic. The lease of a total area of 4,200 square meters was facilitated by Savills.
“We chose Kadan as the ideal location for expanding our logistics network primarily because of its strategic position in Northern Bohemia,” explained Petr Volak, CEO of C.S.Cargo a.s. “Its proximity to major transport routes and the German border makes it a perfect choice for ensuring efficient customer service in this region. Additionally, it is a modern development that meets the latest technological, operational, and sustainability standards. The premises will be completed by summer next year, enabling us to quickly launch operations and provide high-quality, efficient services for our client.”
“CTP always focuses on providing solutions precisely tailored to our clients’ needs,” said Michal Prib, Senior Business Developer at CTP Czech Republic. “For C.S.Cargo’s new premises at CTPark Kadan, we adjusted the building to meet specific requirements for storing plastic components and tires. We incorporated technical measures such as reducing the building’s clear height, creating dedicated outdoor areas for safe loading, and modifying drive-ins and docks. Additionally, we have commenced speculative development within the park, enabling C.S.Cargo’s rapid expansion or the arrival of new clients. We greatly value the expansion of our cooperation with C.S.Cargo, who are already our partner in Liberec.”
“Northern Bohemia currently presents extensive opportunities for new development,” added Jana Cozíkova, Associate in the Industrial Agency at Savills. “The premises in Kadan will therefore be entirely new and customized to the tenant’s specific needs. These premises will complement C.S.Cargo’s existing network of storage facilities, supporting its operations across Central and Eastern Europe.”
