World Class has leased space in the Moldova Mall, in the Romanian city of Iasi, from developer Prime Kapital.
World Class Romania is a health, fitness, and wellness industry company operating 48 health and fitness clubs and 25 swimming pools across the country. It is part of Vectr Holdings, a privately owned group of companies involved in agricultural operations and machinery distribution, fitness, and real estate in Romania.
According to the Stratulat Albulescu law firm, which advised World Class on the deal, “the new premium club in Mall Moldova, Iasi, is set to open in May 2025. With dedicated fitness areas, the SkillX Group Training Studio, family-friendly amenities such as kids’ locker rooms, and a premium swimming pool, the club is thoughtfully designed for both individual and family activities. Spanning 2,450 square meters, this state-of-the-art facility will offer advanced fitness, swimming, and wellness services to one of Romania’s fastest-growing cities, supporting a holistic approach to health and wellness.”
