Mainor Ulemiste has acquired the Technopolis Ulemiste campus in Tallinn, Estonia.
According to the Triniti law firm, which advised Mainor Ulemiste on the deal, the acquisition enables Mainor Ulemiste to take full control of Ulemiste City, the largest business park in the Baltics. As part of the transaction, Triniti reports, Mainor Ulemiste also attracted a new investor, Mulligan Capital, a company established by Estonian investors Anders Anderson and Ivar Vendelin.
Mainor Ulemiste is a subsidiary of Mainor, whose core business is the development of Ulemiste City.
