Fixed-line, Internet, and data-transmission company Orange has leased over 2,000 square meters of warehouse and office space at 7R City Park Gdansk Airport I.
“We are relocating to 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I to gain better access to key roads and infrastructure, while also enhancing the work environment for our office staff,” said Piotr Pieniazek, Director of Supply Chain Operations at Orange. “The new location will allow us to serve our customers more efficiently.”
7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I consists of three buildings with a total area of 40,500 square meters. The project features a 250 kWp photovoltaic installation, advanced thermal insulation, and LED lighting to supplement natural daylight. The park is located 13 kilometers from he Gdansk city center, 4 kilometers from Lech Walesa Airport, and 25 kilometers from the Port of Gdynia.
“Our offering includes not only large production halls but also smaller units tailored to the needs of diverse tenants,” commented Marzena Taube, Leasing Director at 7R. “Currently, we have one last available module of 5,700 square meters, which can be customized to tenant requirements.”
