Eversheds Saladzius, the Lithuanian member of the global Eversheds Sutherland law firm, has added Partner Deivis Valiulis, Senior Associates Raminta Vilcinskaite and Ruta Brazauskiene, Associate Marius Choniakovas, and Lawyer Dominyka Burneikaite to its Real Estate and Construction practice.
Deivis Valiulis has over 20 years of legal experience in real estate and construction. According to Eversheds Saladzius, he has “extensive knowledge in real estate financing, and dispute resolution.” In addition, the firm reports, “he is a trusted and recognized expert in developing risk-management solutions for real-estate investors, developers, contractors, and property owners.” Before joining Eversheds Saldzius, Valiulis spent al most eight and a half years with the Triniti Jurex law firm. He is a long-standing member of the board of the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association, and he acts as an arbitrator of Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration.
