Avestus Real Estate has announced that its Imagine office complex in Lodz has obtained a “WiredScore” certification at the “Gold” level from the WiredScore organization.
Avestus claims the WiredScore certification is “awarded to the world’s best-in-class technologically advanced buildings in terms of digital connectivity, quality of telecommunications solutions, [and] contingency planning.” The WiredScore organization — which was founded in 2013 with an endorsement from New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg to improve the city’s broadband infrastructure — “defines and certifies the quality of digital connectivity and smart technologies in office and residential buildings.”
“WiredScore certification awarded to Imagine is a proof that tenants and users of the complex can benefit from the top quality digital connectivity offered by the best internet providers and from excellent smart performance,” Avestus continues. “What is more, robust fibre infrastructure offered by Imagine guarantees unique online experience across the complex. The WiredScore Gold certificate recognizes tech-forward assets and is also a confirmation of the excellence of the systems applied at Imagine in terms of flexibility. The infrastructure of the complex, including a number of entrances as well as various and secured ICT rooms, mitigates the risk of connectivity failures.”
“When we started developing Imagine, already at the design stage we assumed a high level of digital connectivity, including technology which meets the ever-evolving demands of the occupiers. That is why our asset can grow in a sustainable manner, keeping the highest standards at all times,” said Andrzej Borowka, Head of Property Management, Avestus Real Estate in Poland. “We are proud of being awarded the prestigious WiredScore Gold certificate. We are thus confident that choosing advanced technological solutions was the right move. Our tenants, who use our infrastructure on a daily basis, are the best confirmation of the high quality of digital connectivity offered by our complex. They include blue chip tech and IT companies relying on impeccable solutions.”
The class A Imagine complex was delivered by Avestus in 2019. Two of its three facilities offer a total of 17,200 square meters of commercial space, 14,800 square meters of office space, and 2,400 square meters of retail and service space. The third consists of an overground garage, offering 356 parking spaces, 49 double bicycle racks, and an electric vehicle charging station. Among the tenants of the complex are EY and Asseco Poland, which, according to Avestus, is “the largest supplier of modern IT solutions in Central and Eastern Europe.” Other tenants include Bluerank, WWT (World Wide Technology), Well Fitness, Philips, GE, LUX MED, and Kids&Co, and retail tenants including Vorwerk, Zabka, and Z Pieca Rodem.
