Panattoni has completed the construction of City Logistics Warsaw IX, a modern center with an area of over 13,000 square meters situated in the Targowek Fabryczny district of Warsaw that already has its first tenants.
According to Panattoni, almost half of City Logistics Warsaw IX is occupied by the Inter-Mlecz food distributor, which has moved its operations from a nearby location. GESPAR, a distributor of medical and hygiene products for both adults and children, has also signed up as a tenant.
“With its strategic location next to Warsaw’s main arterial roads, our new center – City Logistics Warsaw IX – meets the market’s growing need for warehouse space optimized for fast last-mile deliveries,” said Panattoni Associate Leasing Director Karolina Przygoda. “Furthermore, our space not only meets the highest standards in its effectiveness and its innovation but is also designed to be fully customizable to the different needs of our clients. This is a place where technology and access go hand in hand to meet the challenges of modern urban logistics.”
According to Panattoni, “across Poland to date, [Panattoni] has delivered over 600,000 square meters in last-mile delivery centers. In Warsaw alone, the urban parks constructed by Panattoni already comprise over 150,000 square meters of space.”
