Austria’s Deka Immobilien has announced that, with the purchase of the 38,000 square-meter logistics hall in the Industrial Campus Vienna East from DLH Real Estate Austria, it has completed the final piece in the development of Austria’s largest logistics park.
The logistics hall is located in Enzersdorf an der Fischa, close to the Vienna airport. The logistics campus includes 170,000 square meters of warehouse space, divided into more than 25 rental units. is fully leased to Hornbach AG.
“With the acquisition of the final construction phase in ICVE, we have completed a very successful transaction,” said Malte-Maria Munchow, the Head of Acquisitions and Sales Logistics | Hotel | Retail at Deka Immobilien. “Our vision, formulated together with DLH Austria, to create Austria’s largest logistics park has been realized on schedule and fully leased after five years of development.”
