Vastint Poland has announced the extension of its lease with PKO Bank Polski for space at the Vastint office building in the Waterfront complex in Gdynia.
“I am pleased that PKO BP has chosen to stay in our office building at Waterfront,” said Vastint Poland Senior Leasing Manager Anna Szmilewska. “This confirms that our property offers a high-quality work environment and meets the needs of our tenant. We are currently refreshing the ground floor reception area to further enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the building. Additionally, we will set up Ready Flex offices on the available space of total 4,750 square meters, offering autonomous, fully furnished workspaces available to companies of diverse sizes on flexible short-term rental terms. The two additional office buildings that we will soon complete as part of Waterfront will enrich the service offering and further increase the attractiveness of this location.”
PKO Bank Polski’s headquarters in Gdynia, which houses, among others, its Regional Retail Branch and Regional Corporate Center, was completed in 2015 as part of the first phase of the Waterfront. The 11-story office building, which is certified at LEED Platinum, is located next to the Sea Towers skyscraper and the Courtyard by Marriott hotel on the waterfront of the President’s Pool in Gdynia.
According to Vastint Poland, the property is one of five office buildings planned in Waterfront, the second phase of which is expected to be completed soon.
