A consortium of Santander Bank Polska and Bank Pekao S.A.have provided nearly PLN 500 million of financing to AFI Europe Poland and Echo Investment S.A. for the construction of the Office House office building in Warsaw.
Santander Bank Polska is acting as Account Agent and Security Agent on the deal.
According to Santander Bank Polska, “Office House is the first stage of the Towarowa 22 project – a multifunctional space that will include offices, apartments, restaurants and service outlets.” In addition, according to Santander Bank Polska, “in the center of the investment, investors plan to create a public, downtown park.”
