Ramenownia, a concept taking a unique approach to traditional Japanese ramen, has agreed to open its second Warsaw location in the SOHO 12 building of the SOHO by Yareal building that is currently under development.
Ramenownia is a culinary brand originating from Lodz that focuses on the authenticity and quality of its dishes. Following the success of its first Warsaw location at LIXA City Gardens in Wola (a project also developed by Yareal Polska), Ramenownia will open a new venue on the right bank of Warsaw to serve its ramen to new patrons at SOHO by Yareal.
Ramenownia will occupy a space of over 123 square meters on the ground floor of the SOHO 12 building, facing the linear park. The lease agreement has been signed for a period of ten years.
SOHO 12 is being constructed between the SOHO 10 and SOHO 14 buildings, which complete the frontage of ul. Zupnicza and are part of the final residential phase of SOHO by Yareal. On the street side, the façade will be made of white plaster with a distinctive painted decorative pattern, while the linear park side will feature a brick tile finish. The ground floor façade will be constructed using Corten steel, which was previously used on neighboring buildings, giving the effect of steel covered in a characteristic rust-colored patina. Completion of the fourth residential phase, including SOHO 12, is scheduled for the last quarter of 2025.
“We are pleased to announce the addition of Ramenownia to the SOHO by Yareal mixed-use complex,” said Paulina Petynka, Leasing Director at Yareal Polska. “This is a brand that combines passion, culinary artistry, and respect for Japanese tradition, creating exceptional dining experiences. The opening of Ramenownia’s second Warsaw location within our project confirms the growing reputation of SOHO as an attractive and vibrant destination in the capital. We are delighted that the diverse culinary offerings at SOHO by Yareal will be enriched by a concept that has delighted diners with its quality and consistency for years. I am confident that the new Ramenownia location will become a key culinary address in Kamionek – a place for meetings, inspiration, and great taste.”
The SOHO by Yareal complex is already home to the signature café and breakfast spot Waszyngton × Soho and the etc. Speciality coffee shop, with a bakery among other concepts in preparation. Additionally, the first Green Caffè Nero location in Kamionek will open in May 2026. A dining hub will also open in the second half of 2026, featuring such concepts as Bulke przez Bibulke, Pollypizza NEOpolitan, and Baken. The complex also houses a preschool, a play center, and the first Carrefour grocery store in Warsaw with the “300” format, as well as beauty salons and a flower shop. A large Hebe store is also scheduled to open in early 2026.
Currently, construction is underway for the final residential phase, which includes two buildings with high-standard apartments (SOHO 10 and SOHO 12) and the NEFRYT apartment building. Upon their completion in late 2025, the residential portion of the complex will be finalized.
