GTC is reporting several new tenants and several lease extensions at the Globis Wroclaw office building, with the six transactions covering, in total, over 2,100 square meters of office space.
This summer, an unidentified distributor of beauty cosmetics will move into new space in the building, and the Casus Iuris law firm will open a new office.Creative agency Space of Ad has already begun its operations from the building, and Burda Media, one of Europe’s largest media groups, has renewed its lease. Application Partner – a provider of solutions supporting cooperation with gig-economy platforms such as Uber, Glovo, and Bolt – is set to expand its current office, remaining in its existing location, and Rentplanet, a short-term rental management company, has leased additional space.
“Wroclaw, considered one of the largest office markets in Poland, continues to enjoy stable tenant demand,” commented Lukasz Jarzylo, Head of Office Leasing at GTC. “The arrival of new tenants and the extensions by existing ones confirm that Globis remains a highly attractive location for stable business growth in Lower Silesia’s capital. Our proven standards and professional property management continue to meet the needs of companies across sectors.”
Globis Wroclaw, which is located on Powstancow Slaskich Street, offers 16,600 square meters of lettable space across 12 floors. The building holds a BREEAM In-Use certification at the “Excellent” level, and in 2024 it underwent a modernization of its interiors, including a new lobby.
