BIG Poland has acquired OTO Park Koszalin, which offers a total leasable area of 38,000 square meters, making it — according to BIG Poland — “the largest and most modern retail park in the Koszalin region.”
“The acquisition of OTO Park Koszalin marks a significant and symbolic milestone in the development of the BIG brand in Poland,” said BIG Poland CEO Eran Levy. “It is the 10th retail park in our portfolio, which we began building with our first acquisition in October 2022. In just over two and a half years, we have developed an investment portfolio totalling almost 200,000 square meters. During this time, we have focused on rebranding, expanding, diversifying, developing and enhancing the offer across many properties. At the same time, we are developing three projects – in Pila, Olkusz, and Konstantynow Lodzki. This success would not have been possible without the excellent cooperation of our business partners, contractors, tenants, and the professional work of the entire BIG Poland team. All these factors enable us to consistently pursue our ambitious growth strategy and set new goals on our way to becoming one of the leaders in the Polish retail park market.”
OTO Park Koszalin is located at the junction of Poland’s S6 expressway, Koszalinska Street, and Europejska Avenue. It features a Lidl supermarket of approximately 2,000 square meters, a Leroy Merlin DIY hypermarket covering over 9,000 square meters, a full-size Agata furniture showroom covering 11,000 square meters, and 30 stores of popular brands such as Cropp, House, Martes Sport, Diverse, 4F, New Yorker, CCC, Deichmann, and Rossmann.
The retail park offers parking for approximately 1,100 vehicles, EV charging stations, and a petrol station.
