Nordspace has made a EUR 6 million bond offering, listed on the Nasdaq First North alternative market.
Nordspace invests in the Baltic region and Poland, focusing on real estate projects that develop modern multifunctional spaces. The first tranche of the offering, totaling EUR 3.3 million, has already been successfully placed.
