Avides, a European distributor of remarketed goods, has leased over 16,000 square meters of modern warehouse space at Panattoni Park Lublin II.
Avides has over 25 years of experience in e-commerce, operating in line with the growing importance of environmental responsibility and the circular economy. The company specializes in the distribution of surplus stock and the handling of consumer returns – managing, among others, end-of-line products and returned items, thus contributing to the reduction of resource waste. The company operates logistics centers in Germany, Poland, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom. The new warehouse in Lublin will support the company’s further expansion in Central and Eastern Europe.
“We are pleased to welcome Avides among the tenants of Panattoni Park Lublin II,” said Dorota Jagodzinska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni. “Their business model perfectly aligns with our sustainability strategy. Combining our certified warehouse space with the tenant’s eco-conscious operations is a model example of the logistics of the future.”
“We are developing modern warehouse spaces where they are most needed, supporting the growth of regional markets across Poland,” Jagodzinska-Sasson added. “Lublin is one of the fastest-growing cities in the region and is gaining increasing recognition among investors who see its enormous logistical potential and growing importance on the European map.”
“The new location at Panattoni Park Lublin II is an ideal place for us to secure our operations and support the growth of our company,” said Avides COO Marc-Oliver Otworowski. “In Panattoni, we have found a reliable partner that supports our business through infrastructure perfectly tailored to our needs. We are confident that we will be able to develop our new logistics centre in Panattoni Park Lublin II over the long term and create many jobs in the region.”
