The Arete group has sold the ARETE Park Rokycany II logistics complex to the REICO Long Lease fund, managed by REICO Erste Asset Management.
ARETE Park Rokycany II offers nearly 30,000 square meters of modern warehouse and office space and recently received BREEAM New Construction certification at the “Very Good” level. According to the KSB law firm, which advised the sellers on the deal, the complex’s appeal “lies not only in its high technical standard but also in its strategic location near the D5 motorway and its strong tenant, the German logistics group Thomas Duvenbeck.”
