Panattoni has obtained a EUR 10.2-million loan from Erste Group Bank AG. for the construction of the third and final hall at Panattoni Park Warsaw West.
“The loan obtained from our Austrian banking partner, Erste Group Bank AG, will enable us to complete Panattoni Park Warsaw West – one of the key investments in the capital region,” said Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni. “With this project, we are strengthening our presence in the strategic Warsaw market, where we have already delivered over 2.1 million square meters of logistics and industrial space. Another 112,000 square meters is under construction.”
The latest hall at Panattoni Park Warsaw West is a 16,460-square-meter building being developed for logistics operator XBS Logistics. The entire park will offer over 90,000 square meters of modern industrial space and is already fully commercialized.
The park is located 35 minutes from Warsaw Chopin International Airport, and in the vicinity of the planned Central Communication Port.
