ZF has leased space at the an industrial facility in Panattoni Park Ostrov North, located in the Karlovy Vary Region of the Czech Republic, that is newly built by Panattoni and Accolade.
According to the Havel & Partners law firm, which advised Panattoni and Accolade, ZF — a global technology company specializing in advanced mobility products for passenger and utility vehicles, as well as industrial technology — leased a 57,400-square-meter eco-friendly facility. The new facility will serve as a highly automated distribution center for the company’s aftermarket parts sector.
