The Wloclawek-based Kujawia Park that was acquired by BIG Poland at the end of last year has undergone a rebranding process and officially changed its name to BIG Wloclawek. To celebrate the occasion, a variety of outdoor attractions was held for the retail park’s customers on Saturday, June 7th, with a concert by Skolim as the main highlight.
BIG Poland acquired Park Kujawia and the Atut park in Myszkow in December of 2024 (as reported by CEE Real Estate Matters on December 13, 2024). The former Atut park celebrated its rebranding to Big Myszkow on May 31, 2025 (as reported by CEE Real Estate Matters on May 30, 2025).
During the June 7th celebration that marked the rebranding of Park Kujawia to BIG Wloclawek, visitors to the center were able to enjoy a wide range of free attractions, including a prize wheel, a photo booth, face painting, colorful braids, glitter tattoos, balloons, stilt walkers, a unicyclist, cotton candy, and popcorn, with a DJ on site to play music throughout the day. Skolim’s concert began around 8:30 PM.
“The opening of BIG Wloclawek marks another symbolic step in implementing our growth strategy in the Polish market,” said Eran Levy, CEO of BIG Poland. “We believe in the potential of this city and region, and here, too, we aim to create a welcoming space that meets the needs of both customers and tenants.”
BIG Wloclawek is a retail park that features 21,000 square meters of gross leasable area. Tenants include major retail chains such as Castorama, Lidl, Agata Meble, and RTV Euro AGD, as well as well-known brands like Dealz, Action, Pepco, Rossmann, Smyk, Kik, Tedi, and Honolulu Shopping. A McDonald’s restaurant complements the tenant mix. BIG Wloclawek also offers 930 free parking spaces for visitors.
