BIG Poland has announced that the rebranding of the Atut Myszkow retail park has been completed, and the park will operate from now on as BIG Myszkow.
BIG Poland acquired the former Atut Myszkow park at the end of last year (as reported by CEE Real Estate Matters on December 13, 2024).
According to BIG Poland, “this change marks more than just a new sign on the façade; it begins a new chapter in the site’s history, bringing a refreshed identity, new energy, and ambitious development plans. BIG Myszkow will be gradually expanded, with its retail offer continuously broadened. BIG Poland aims to create a place that fully responds to the local community’s needs and strengthens its position as a key shopping destination in the region. Alongside the rebranding, year-round marketing activities have been launched to enhance the center’s visibility and make it even more attractive to customers.”
To celebrate the completion of the rebranding process, BIG Poland has invited residents to a special outdoor event on Saturday, May 31, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on the grounds of the BIG Myszkow retail park. According to BIG Poland, “the day will be filled with positive energy and a cheerful atmosphere, offering many attractions for the whole family. Visitors can expect live DJ music, a prize wheel, cotton candy, popcorn, children’s entertainment including face painting, glitter tattoos, colorful braids, balloon twisting, stilt walkers, mascots, artistic performances, and a food truck zone. Admission is free of charge.”

BIG Myszkow is located in the Silesian Voivodeship, in the southwestern part of the city, at the intersection of provincial roads 793 and 791. The facility offers nearly 11,000 square meters of gross leasable area and an adjacent area with 550 free parking spaces. The entire project spans an investment area of 6.4 hectares. The tenant mix includes Lidl supermarket and brands such as House, Cropp, Sinsay, CCC, Deichmann, Martes Sport, Apart, Smyk, Pepco, Rossmann, Empik, and electronics supermarket Media Expert. Next year, the center will expand with the addition of a Bricomarche building.
