Developer Karimpol International is building the Vydrovka Office Center in Pobrezní Street in the Karlín neighborhood of Prague.
The office center was designed by Pata & Frydecky Architects. Its name refers to the famous Vydra & Bohuslav factory and warehouse that were located at the site in the first half of the 20th century.
“The eight-storey Vydrovka Office Center is to offer 6,623 square meters of gross leasable area in total,” said Karimpol International Partner Andreas Prokes. “There are 428 square meters planned for retail units on the ground floor, the remaining 6,195 square meters will be premium offices. The tenants wil definitely appreciate 450 square meters of outdoor terraces designed on four stories. The … 268-square-meter rooftop will provide beautiful views of Karlín, the Old Town, and Prague Castle. The project will be completed by the end of 2027 and its interiors will be ready for tenants as of 1st January 2028.”
