White Star Real Estate has renewed lease agreements with tenants Castolin, ACL Poland, and Rodastal, all long-standing tenants of Diamond Business Park Gliwice in Silesia, Poland.
All three companies have chosen to continue their cooperation with White Star, with one of them choosing to expand its leased space, giving them a shared total of more than 12,500 square meters of warehouse, office, and social space at the Diamond Business Park Gliwice.
According to White Star, the largest of the transactions is the lease renewal with Castolin, a company that has been operating at Diamond Business Park Gliwice since 2014. Specializing in regeneration and wear protection technologies using welding and brazing methods, Castolin occupies nearly 6,500 square meters at the park, including over 5,050 square meters of warehouse space, approximately 1,000 square meters of office space, and 450 square meters of social facilities.
ACL Poland, which is part of the Air Container Logistic group and specializes in comprehensive logistics services for air, sea, and road freight, has also decided to extend its lease. The renewed agreement covers over 2,400 square meters, including 2,200 square meters of warehouse space and 200 square meters of office space.
Rodastal, a manufacturer of steel products, chose both to stay at the business park, but nearly doubled its leased space. The company extended its existing lease of 1,620 square meters (including 1,460 square meters of warehouse space and 160 square meters of office space) and expanded by an additional 1,988 square meters of warehouse space, bringing the total leased area to over 3,600 square meters.
“We truly value the trust our tenants place not only in the property itself, but also in our team,” said Urszula Rasmussen, Head of Industrial Leasing at White Star Real Estate. “That trust translates into long-term relationships, which are the foundation of our industrial portfolio strategy. Each of these agreements represents not only an operational success, but also clear confirmation that Diamond Business Park Gliwice continues to meet the expectations of companies growing their operations in Poland. We see that for many of them, location and quality of space are just as important as stable property management and a willingness to build relationships beyond a standard lease framework. Despite strong competition on the Silesian warehouse market, our leasing team continues to maintain occupancy levels close to 100%.”
Diamond Business Park Gliwice is an industrial, warehouse, and office complex located in the Katowice Special Economic Zone (in the northern part of the Gliwice Subzone).
