Manova Partners has sold the Zaulek Piekna office building in Warsaw to Syrena Real Estate.
Zaulek Piekna offers over 8,100 square meters of office space and 700 square meters of retail and service space. The property will be modernized and repositioned as a highly energy-efficient Class A building by its new owner.
“We are pleased to have advised Manova Partners on the sale of this iconic Warsaw property, said Maciej Jodkowski, Partner at the Greenberg Traurig law firm, which advised the sellers on the deal. “Zaulek Piekna is a distinctive office building in a prestigious location, and its planned transformation into a modern, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly space aligns with the broader trend of revitalizing the capital’s commercial real estate landscape.”
