Hillwood Polska has refinanced its acquisition of the Hillwood Gdansk I logistics park, in a total amount of EUR 25 million granted by mBank S.A.
Hillwood Gdansk I is a strategically located logistics park in the eastern part of Gdansk, close to the A1 motorway, the Tri-City ring road, and the Baltic Hub Container Terminal. The facility, which was acquired earlier this year from funds managed by Blackstone (as reported by CEE Real Estate Matters on February 25, 2025), consists of two fully leased warehouse buildings with a total area of 43,000 square meters.
The Clifford Chance law firm advised Hillwood Polska on the refinancing.
