SOHO by Yareal has announced that the Green Caffe Nero cafe chain will, in May 2026, open a store on the first floor of SOHO’s NEFRYT residential building under construction in the western part of the complex in Warsaw’s Praga-Poludnie district.
Green Caffe Nero is an independent European premium cafe chain. The first outlet was opened in the Polish capital in 2012, and today the chain has nearly 90 cafes in Warsaw, Krakow, and Wroclaw. According to a SOHO by Yareal press release, “working directly with coffee farmers, adhering to the highest quality standards, and an in-house coffee roaster and bakery stand for artisanal, high-end products served to guests every day. Green Caffe Nero premises are places created by open-minded people with passion. The cafes are part of the urban fabric and the center of the local community, providing a space for conversation and integration for residents. The decor of each café is co-created by Polish artists and artisans, giving the outlets an individual character to match their surroundings.”
“Green Caffe Nero currently has more than 70 cafes in Warsaw alone, and the vast majority of them are located on the left bank of the River Vistula,” said Green Caffe Nero CEO Dorota Pomacho-Pątkiewicz. “I am happy to see any new premises, but this one will be truly unique; in the regenerated surroundings of Praga’s Kamionek area, among greenery, in the heart of a new, intimate residential estate. I believe that the cafe will be the heart of the neighborhood and a place where the local community will take great pleasure in spending quality time.”
The Green Caffe Nero outlet will be take up 190 square meters of space on the first floor of the NEFRYT residential building that is currently under construction as the last component of the SOHO by Yareal residential area.
Yareal Polska was represented by Homest in the process of negotiating and signing the lease, with Patrycja Wlodarczyk acting as process coordinator.

The space has an above-standard height of 4.7 meters, guaranteeing extraordinary design potential, and Green Caffe Nero is sure to make excellent use of it. The premises are additionally adjoined by a garden with a characteristic steel pergola, which will be used by the cafe’s guests.”
