BIG Poland has announced its acquisition of Power Park Olsztyn shopping center, located in the southern part of Olsztyn, from EPP.
Power Park Olsztyn offers nearly 33,000 square meters of gross leasable area and is located next to Galeria Warminska.
“We are delighted to welcome Power Park Olsztyn into our growing portfolio in Poland,” said BIG Poland CEO Eran Levy. “The newly acquired center features a strong and stable tenant mix, including major retail leaders in the Polish market. Strategically located on a key transportation route, it offers excellent accessibility with convenient public transport connections. Anchored by renowned brands such as Auchan, OBI, and others, the centre serves as a key retail hub for the region. Furthermore, introducing the MAX Premium Burgers concept enhances the shopping experience, bringing visitors an innovative and fresh offering.”
According to BIG, EPP is the largest asset manager of retail real estate located in Poland in terms of gross leasable area. The company’s portfolio includes 35 projects — 29 retail properties and six office complexes — with a total value of approximately EUR 2.9 billion and leasable area of over one million square meters.
