LPP Logistics has leased over 18,000 square meters at Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II.
LPP Logistics is the logistics operator for the LPP Group, which operates in 41 countries and has over 2,500 retail stores, making it the largest fashion company in the CEE region. The LPP Group already operates two Panattoni-developed fulfillment centers — a 69,000-square-meter center in Jasionka, near Rzeszow, and a 64,000-square-meter center in Pruszcz Gdanski.
LLP Logistics’ new space, in Bydgoszcz, will supply brick-and-mortar stores of the Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, and Sinsay brands.
“The location of the new warehouse was not chosen by chance – it perfectly complements our logistics network from an operational perspective,” said LPP Logistics CEO Sebastian Soltys. “It is situated in direct proximity to our largest fulfillment center in Biale Blota near Bydgoszcz and only 100 kilometers from the distribution center in Brzesc Kujawski.”
Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II offers over 36,500 square meters of modern industrial space within a single building. The complex is within the city limits – next to the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park, three kilometers from the city bypass and national road no. 80, and nine kilometers from the S10 expressway junction.
“Bydgoszcz stands out for its business-oriented approach and an above-average level of entrepreneurship,” said Dorota Jagodzinska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni. “Our latest agreement with industry giant LPP Group confirms the attractiveness of this location for the biggest market players. In the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, we’ve already delivered over 550,000 square meters of modern industrial space, yet we still see great potential for further development.”
