Yareal Polska has announced the arrival of the KURA restaurant, which specializes in American cuisine and is famous for its fried chicken, in the food court of its LIXA City Gardens development.
KURA occupies over 280 square meters of space on the ground floor of the LIXA E Building, with the entrance on Kasprzaka Street. The restaurant serves American cuisine with an Asian touch, and, according to a Yareal Polska press release, “it represents the Comfort Food and Slow Food category, offering mood-boosting recipes and never compromising on the exceptional quality of the served food. Dishes prepared by KURA chefs are made of high-quality products and cooked from scratch. The menu includes classic American Buffalo wings, breaded wings, strips of real sirloin, and crispy chicken sandwiches. In addition, one of KURA’s distinguishing features is its rich dressings and dips menu.”
The LIXA City Gardens concept features 4,000 square meters of modern space on the ground floors of the individual buildings (including along the 150-meter-long public walkway) dedicated to numerous service, retail, and food outlets. KURA has joined the roster of other food concepts which opened in the Yareal Polska project in recent months, including Rico, Street, Ramenownia, Szum, Gorąco Polecam, and Batida.
The LIXA City Gardens concept was developed as part of the LIXA campus — the largest project in the Yareal Polska’s office portfolio. It was developed in stages in the Warsaw business hub in downtown Wola, near the Rondo Daszynskiego metro station. The campus consists of five buildings with the total area of 77,000 square meters, and was designed by the HRA Architekci architectural studio .
