The third building in the Good Point V warehouse and industrial park in Lubna, near Warsaw, has obtained an occupancy permit, and over 14,550 square meters of warehouse and office space in Hall 2 has been handed over to the building’s exclusive tenant, Fulfilio Sp. z o.o.
Good Point V, a project executed by Real Management Group, is a warehouse and production park consisting of three buildings with 30,000 square meters of space. In July 2024, two buildings (Hall 1 and Hall 4), which were developed in the first stage of the project, received occupancy permits, and in the weeks that followed, Dr Irena Eris S.A., one of Poland’s leading cosmetics manufacturers, and Sales Service Sp. z o.o., a provider of comprehensive services for building visibility and activating beauty, pharmacy, and fragrance brands at the point of sale, moved in.
In early February of 2025, Real Management S.A. obtained an occupancy permit for the third building, Hall 2, and a total of 14,550 square meters of warehouse and office space was handed over under a long-term lease to Fulfilio Sp. z o.o., a company specializing in delivering logistics services for the e-commerce sector and point-of-sale materials.
The warehouse space leased by Fulfilio is being arranged into logistics space (for storage, packing, and B2B and B2C shipments) for the e-commerce sector and comprehensive management of POS materials. Fulfilio plans to operate its headquarters in the facility.
“We are thrilled to hand over the third building in the Good Point V project to our tenants,” said Arkadiusz Plocinski, Vice-President of Real Management S.A. “It is a moment that symbolically encapsulates the hard work of our team and partners over the past few years. Thanks to excellent cooperation with Bremer Sp. z o.o., the general contractor of Good Point V, all the work was carried out on schedule, with the final results delivered several weeks early. I am confident that the space of the new hall will foster further growth of Fulfilio’s business and that the tenant’s employees will appreciate the quality of the space and make the most of it. We are also keeping pace with the industrial sector. Very soon we hope to launch a new development project under the Good Point brand in Karczew. We will also continue our efforts in developing the warehouse and production park in Lubna.”
