Maciej Zawada has been appointed Head of Business Development at Panattoni BTS, where he will be responsible for the development strategy and implementation of “build-to-suit” projects tailored to individual client needs.
Panattoni reports that it has already delivered over 4 million square meters in Poland under the BTS model, “including numerous technologically advanced manufacturing facilities.”
“Panattoni consistently raises the bar in BTS project delivery, responding to the evolving needs of clients and the market,” commented Zawada. “Relocating production closer to end customers is a significant opportunity for Poland and the entire region as a strategic location. I am excited to shape the future development of this critical area within the company.”
Zawada holds a degree in International Relations from the University of Warsaw and a degree in Marketing and Management from the Warsaw School of Economics. He joined Panattoni in 2018, following four years at CBRE Poland.
According to Panattoni, “in 2024 alone, [the company] completed several BTS projects, including the TRILUX factory in Swidnik (23,000 square meters), the Maxcess plant in Lubowo (13,500 square meters), a facility in Knurow for the Fortaco Group (34,000 square meters), and the [most recent] phase of the extensive K-FLEX campus in Uniejow (seventh stage, 20,000 square meters). The company also began constructing a facility for Valmet Automotive in Zary (8,800 square meters). The BTS division has also entered the Baltic markets of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.”
