Polish law firm T. Studnicki, K. Pleszka, Z. Cwiąkalski, J. Gorski sp. k. (SPCG) has joined the tenants of Wroclaw’s Infinity office building.
The opening of the new branch office of SPCG, which will cover over 350 square meters of office space on the third floor of the Infinity office building, is scheduled for August 2025.
The SPCG law firm — one of the largest and oldest independent law firms in Poland — consists of over a hundred and ten lawyers, including nineteen partners. The law firm provides its services throughout Poland, through branches in Krakow, Warsaw, Katowice, and Wroclaw.

SPCG was represented by Knight Frank in the process of negotiating and signing the lease, with Aleksandra Balczewska acting as the process coordinator.

Infinity is a seven-story class A office building offering 18,727 square meters of office space, 1,561 square meters of service and retail space, and a three-level underground car park with 311 parking spaces (including electric vehicle charging stations). In addition, 128 bicycle stands will soon be fitted in an enclosed area provided with changing rooms and showers. The investment, executed by Avestus Real Estate in cooperation with its business partner Alchemy Properties, has been BREEAM certified at the Excellent level and awarded the WELL Health-Safety certificate, confirming a high standard of safety procedures.
In addition to the SPCG, tenants in the building include Avenga, Divante, Dom Development Wroclaw, ingage Poland, FutureMeds (which has space in both the retail and office sections at Infinity), NATEK Poland, and The Shire – Beyond Coworking, as well as the Medicover Stomatologia dental clinic, the Gorąco Polecam Smaki z Piekarni bakery and cafe, ans Zabka grocery stores. In addition, the first floor of the building houses the UP Fitness Club with a Mission and the Enel-Med medical center.
The architectural design of Infinity was prepared by AD Studio. Its general contractor was Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, and JLL is in charge of its commercialization.
