Romanian general contractor Concelex has announced the launch of two new projects: The Caracal Swimming Pool Project and the Techirghiol Balneotherapy Center.
The Caracal Swimming Pool Project is a modern facility spanning 2,500 square meters that includes a swimming pool measuring 25×15.4 meters, with seating for 124 spectators. The project also features sports halls, a gym, an aerobic room, changing rooms, pedestrian alleys totaling 1,569 square meters, parking and driveways covering 185.24 square meters, and 1,467 square meters of green spaces.
The Techirghiol Balneotherapy Center is designed for relaxation and health recovery that is built on a 2,207-square-meter site and will include SPA facilities, a medical office, technical spaces, a dining hall with 200 seats, a lacto-bar, a terrace, and accommodation consisting of 14 double rooms and 2 single rooms.
In a Concelex press release, the company stated that “through these projects, Concelex reinforce[s] its commitment to deliver sustainable, innovative infrastructure that enhances communities and improves lives.”
