The Budapest-based Indotek Group has sold the Bokserska Office Center in Warsaw to Polish charter airline Enter Air, which intends to relocate its headquarters to the property.
Located in the Mokotow area of Warsaw, the Bokserska Office Center offers six floors and approximately 6,600 square meters of net leasable area. Developed by Ghelamco Poland in 2001, the property offers 164 surface parking spaces and 18 underground parking spots.
Commenting on the transaction, Enter Air’s COO, Marcin Kubrak, said: “The purchase of a new office is a natural step in Enter Air’s expansion in Poland. Given the nature of our operations, proximity to Warsaw Chopin Airport and the standard of the office space were key factors in our selection. The Bokserska Office Center meets our current spatial requirements while providing a strategic buffer for our company’s future growth.”
Enter Air, which was established in 2009, is Poland’s largest charter airline and among the biggest in Europe. The group operates a fleet of over 40 aircraft serving destinations across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
“This transaction underscores the Indotek Group’s strategic approach to aligning our portfolio with market dynamics,” said Philip Wood, International Expansion Director at the Indotek Group. “We are pleased to have secured Enter Air as a buyer, ensuring that the Bokserska Office Center continues to thrive as a business hub in Warsaw.”
Indotek was advised on the deal by the Warsaw office of the Greenberg Traurig law firm.
