The Malopolska Center of Entrepreneurship has announced that it will move into the GTC Newton building, part of the Korona Office Complex in Krakow, at the beginning of next year. The institution will occupy an area of over 3,000 square meters.
The Malopolska Center of Entrepreneurship (MCP) is a self-government organizational unit of the Malopolska Region established in 2007. Serves as the Intermediate Body for the European Funds for Malopolska 2021-2027, it supports the region in the areas of social policy, entrepreneurship, and education. MCP’s responsibilities include evaluating funding applications, signing contracts, monitoring project implementation progress, settling projects, and conducting audits of these projects.
The institution’s new headquarters will be located in the GTC Newton building that is part of the Korona Office Complex. The office center consists of four class A buildings: Pascal, Galileo, Newton, and Edison.
“We are pleased that the Malopolska Center of Entrepreneurship, a significant element in the local business development, has decided to lease space in the Korona Office Complex,” said Lukasz Jarzylo, Head of Office Leasing at GTC Poland. “With this, the Newton building is now fully leased. I am confident that the functionality and convenience of the complex will foster creativity, creative work, and efficiency for the entire MCP team.”
The transaction was handled on behalf of GTC by Agnieszka Kuehn, Senior Leasing Manager.
