Resi4Rent, the largest subscription-based apartment-rental provider in Poland, has acquired a plot of land at 127 Kilinskiego Street in Lodz, and developed it into a flex-living complex, adding 287 units to the city’s rental market in August of this year.
The building at 127 Kilinskiego Street is the second Resi4Rent investment in Lodz. The first, Resi4Rent Lodz Wodna, which was completed in 2019, was the first PRS-housing project in Lodz, with 219 units.
The 287 apartments in the Kilinskiego-Street project range in size from 25 to over 60 square meters, in four styles: ResiStudio (1 room with a kitchenette), ResiComfort (2 rooms with a kitchenette), ResiComfort+ (2 rooms with a separate kitchen), and ResiFamily (3 rooms with a kitchenette). All units feature balconies, loggias, or terraces. The building also houses an underground parking lot, a bicycle storage room, and storage units.
Resi4Rent’s also has similar projects in Warsaw, Wroclaw, Krakow, Poznan, and Gdansk. The company reportedly plans to deliver 10,000 subscription apartments to the Polish market by the end of 2025.
