Sii, a provider of technology consulting, digital transformation, engineering, and business services in Poland, has selected Ghelamco’s KREO office building as its Krakow headquarters.
Sii has signed a five-year lease with Ghelamco, the developer and owner of KREO, for 2,450 square meters of office space. The company will move into the building on Wadowicka Street in March 2025. It will have the entire top floor of the office building at its disposal, along with a spacious terrace for exclusive use, from which there are picturesque views of historic Krakow.
KREO is one of the most modern office buildings in Krakow, offering an ideal working environment for dynamically developing companies,” says Ghelamco Poland Managing Director Jaroslaw Zagorski. “The large and regular floor area creates excellent arrangement conditions, and the location near the city center and in the immediate vicinity of the tram line and developed road and bicycle infrastructure makes our project also attractive from the communication side. What also distinguishes KREO is its extremely high energy efficiency, thanks to which it perfectly fits the requirements in the field of sustainable development and ESG. All these advantages were extremely important for our new tenant, Sii, whom I congratulate on the choice and I believe that the new office will contribute to the further development of its business.”
“One of the most important criteria that we follow when choosing an office space is the ability to meet rigorous security standards that protect the sensitive data of hundreds of our clients and thousands of Sii employees,” said Szymon Dziubek, Regional Director of Sii Krakow. “Worker comfort and satisfaction are also extremely important to us, which is one of the company’s 5 strategic goals. Thanks to the modern and spacious areas in the KREO office building, we gain a space tailored to our needs: safe and rich not only in project rooms, large meeting rooms and open spaces for teamwork, but also for relaxation, fun and organizing events such as workshops, training courses or industry meetings. It is also worth emphasizing that KREO places great emphasis on sustainable development, offering environmentally friendly solutions – this is in line with Sii’s approach, which this year was among the 5% of the most sustainable IT companies audited by EcoVadis. Moving to the KREO office building is therefore not only a change of location, but also a step towards the future, which will certainly bring many benefits to both Sii employees and clients.”
Sii began its history as a one-person start-up and has been on the market since 2006. Now, with over 7,500 specialists, the company has branches in 14 of the largest cities in Poland, including Warsaw, Lodz, Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk, and Lublin.
