Peter Noack, the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Zeitgeist Asset Management, has announced that Zeitgeist has completed the revitalization of a historical tenement in Warsaw, and that the “Barbary – HOME by Zeitgeist” apartments, located 250 meters from Warsaw’s Palace of Culture and Science, are now ready for tenants.
Barbary – HOME by Zeitgeist, which is located at 6/8 Sw. Barbary Street in Warsaw, offers 46 units for long-term rental, 24 of which are studios, with the rest being two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging between 34 to 77 square meters.
According to Noack, “noteworthy is the fact that the Barbary – HOME by Zeitgeist tenement is a historically valuable building. Designed as a galleried tenement, it was erected in 1960 as part of the expansion of the modernist Telephone and Telegraph building at 45 Nowogrodzka St. During its renovation, care was taken to ensure that its facade, gate, and metalwork were close to the original. The architects planned the interiors with respect for the style of the era. The apartments feature materials associated with modernism, such as concrete, steel and glass, combined with natural wood that warms the space.”
