Mitiska European Real Estate Partners 3 has acquired a 50% ownership interest in OP Centrum Retail 2, which is developing a retail park in Liptovsky Mikulas, in northern Slovakia, from the OPC Group.
Mitiska European Real Estate Partners 3 is a fund owned by Mitiska REIM, a specialist investor in European convenience real estate. The OPC Group is a development company with more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate that is active mainly in Slovakia but also operates in other EU countries.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Bratislava office of the Kinstellar law firm advised Mitiska REIM on the deal. The AK KB and Rybanova & Partners law firms advised the OPC Group.
