CA Immo has sold the ViE office building in Vienna to an unidentified buyer.
Located in Vienna’s 3rd district, the 10-story A-class DGNB certified ViE building offers 14,100 square meters of gross leasable area. It was developed by CA Immo and completed in 2018.
“With the sale of ViE, CA Immo completes a successful investment and monetizes a stable asset with full occupancy,” said CA Immo CEO Keegan Viscius. “Proceeds from this sale will be used to reinvest at a higher rate of return in our organic development pipeline, manage ongoing corporate liquidity requirements, and select external investment should the right opportunity arise.”
