AFI Europe has purchased a 5,5000-square-meter plot of land in Wroclaw from Develia, on which it plans to develop a 13-floor office building.
The sale price was PLN 50.5 million.
AFI Europe operates office, commercial, and residential projects in Central and Eastern Europe. Develia is a group of development companies that are implementing residential and commercial investments in Poland.
The Rymarz Zdort Maruta law firm advised AFI Europe on the deal.
