The Omida Group has acquired an 85% stake in 7R Solution Sp. z o.o. from 7R Holding Limited.
7R Solution specializes in contract logistics, operating in modern Class A warehouses with a total area of 160,000 square meters, located across several sites throughout the country. Slawomir Beltkiewicz, 7R Solution’s current president, retains a 15% stake and will remain on the company’s board, where he will work alongside Norbert Oltarzewski, who is responsible for warehouse logistics development at the Omida Group.
“The acquisition of 7R Solution is a strategic step towards further developing the third business pillar of our holding, focusing on contract logistics provided in modern facilities across the country,” said Omida Group Managing Director Daniel Franke. “This transaction will enable us to offer even more flexible and complementary solutions to our clients and will help effectively diversify our revenue sources.”
The DLA Piper law firm advised the Omida Group on the acquisition.
