Panattoni has obtained EUR 10.5 million in financing to construct Panattoni Park Bierun I from Alior Bank.
The almost-20,000-square-meter Panattoni Park Bierun I, which is being built 2.5 kilometers from the center of Bierun, in Upper Silesia, in southern Poland, is expected to be finished by February, 2025.
“Panattoni Park Bierun I is yet another development that demonstrates the huge potential of the Silesia region,” said Emilia Taczewska-Trojanska the Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni. “Thanks to the support of Alior Bank, we can effectively follow through with our plans to provide the Silesian market with the highest quality industrial space and thus respond to the growing needs of businesses. We have already delivered 2,750,000 square meters in Silesia, which is the largest amount of space for any region in the country.”
According to Panattoni, the Nodium Group — the owner of Sport-Shop.pl, one of the largest online sports stores in Poland — has already agreed to become the center’s first tenant, leaving around 7,000 square meters available for lease.
