On November 15, 2021, ELI (European Logistics Investment) announced that they had started the construction of a new logistics center in Blonie, near Warsaw.
According to the company, the new center called Park Warsaw West X is planned as a multi-let facility and will offer nearly 49,000 square meters of modern warehousing. Out of these, 1,700 square meters will consist of office space. The Park will also provide 238 parking lots for cars, 14 for lorries, and 88 loading ramps.
Park Warsaw West X is being executed together with Panattoni and is planned to be delivered in Q2 2022.
