On November 22, 2021, Colliers announced that bubble tea franchise Teeamo was opening its tenth store in Austria in the Fashion Outlet Parndorf – brokered by Colliers and Otto Immobilien.
The first store opened in December 2020 in the center of Vienna and the latest is planned for this winter.
“We at Colliers were able to experience the success of the first Teeamo store at first hand because we are neighbors in Goldschmiedgasse,” said Colliers Austria Head of Retail Tanja Tanczer. “I am therefore truly excited that we were now able to broker the tenth Teeamo location in the popular Parndorf Fashion Outlet together with Otto Immobilien. The busy entrance area of the mall is the perfect surrounding to introduce the delicious bubble teas by Teeamo to an even larger and international audience.”
